Payment Terms

These terms apply to all transactions on MYDGID.

1. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The final payable amount is shown clearly before checkout.

2. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt Ltd, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by RBI. We do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
• Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Net Banking: All major Indian banks
• Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik, and other supported wallets

4. Billing Cycle

• Activation fee charged at time of card activation
• 30-day activation cycle begins immediately after activation
• Monthly subscription begins after the 30-day activation cycle
• 3-day grace period on payment failure before card is unpublished

5. Payment Receipt

A payment receipt is automatically sent to your registered email after every successful payment. For receipt corrections, email support@mydgid.com within 30 days of payment.

6. Failed Payments

If your monthly payment fails: Razorpay retries automatically → you receive an email notification → 3-day grace period applies → if unresolved, card is unpublished. Your data remains safe — reactivate by updating your payment method.

7. Disputes

For payment disputes, contact support@mydgid.com within 30 days of the transaction. We resolve genuine disputes within 7 business days.
