Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a fair refund policy. If you face issues due to our platform, we will refund. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind after service delivery.
1. Activation Fee (₹499)
- Refund within 7 days: If you are unable to use the Service due to a technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- No refund after 7 days: The activation fee is non-refundable after 7 days as the Service has been delivered and your 30-day activation cycle has begun.
- Change of mind: Not eligible for refund after account activation.
2. Monthly Subscription (₹99/month)
- Monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- You may cancel anytime from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
- If a payment was charged in error (e.g., double charge), we will refund the extra amount within 5 business days.
3. Failed Payments
- If your payment failed but amount was debited, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay/your bank within 5–7 business days.
- Contact us at support@mydgid.com with your payment ID if this doesn't happen.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@mydgid.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment receipt)
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
5. Taxes on Refunds
Refunds will be processed for the applicable full amount paid. Any required credit note or receipt update will be issued as per applicable regulations.
